COSTA MESA, Calif. – Vanguard (12-16) took down Evangel (Mo.) (11-4), 8-1, in the first round of the 2013 NAIA Women's Tennis National Championships on Tuesday afternoon at the Mobile Tennis Center. The Lions swept all six singles matches and earned points at second and third doubles to advance in the tournament.

After going undefeated in the regular Golden State Athletic Conference season, Westmont Women's Tennis (17-2) claimed the GSAC Tournament Title with a 5-2 win over third-seeded Vanguard (11-15) at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Friday. As a result of the win, the Warriors have punched their ticket to the NAIA National Tournament in Mobile, Alabama in May.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The Arizona Christian University women's tennis program, coached by Cady Andelin, improved its season records to 4-1 overall and 1-0 in conference with a 6-3 Golden State Athletics Conference victory over Hope International University (0-3, 0-1 GSAC), Tuesday, February 12, at La Camarilla Racquet and Fitness Club in Scottsdale, Ariz. The victory was Arizona Christian's first GSAC win in its first-ever conference match and also its first home victory ever in program history.
