WOMEN'S SOCCER OFFENSIVE PLAYER
TAYLOR CALLAN ~ Westmont College
Junior ~ 5-7 ~ Midfielder ~ Portland, Oregon
Junior Taylor Callan scored 3 goals last week as Westmont won both its conference match-ups.  She scored from 35 yards out against both Biola and San Diego Christian.  She had a second goal against Biola on an unassisted corner kick.

JILL COLFER-MARTINSON ~ Azusa Pacific University

Jill Colfer-Martinson tallied 4 saves and posted a pair of shutouts over nationally-ranked GSAC opponents No. 9 Concordia and No. 17 Point Loma Nazarene, running her program-record career shutout total to 43. Colfer-Martinson has shut out 6 of the Cougars' 8 GSAC opponents this year.  Colfer-Martinson was selected as the NAIA Region II Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week.
 
MEN'S SOCCER OFFENSIVE PLAYER
STEVEN LENHART ~ Azusa Pacific University
Senior ~ 6-1 ~ Forward ~ Yorba Linda, California
Senior
forward Steven Lenhart tied a career high scoring all 4 goals in No. 2-ranked Azusa Pacific's 4-0 victory over the NAIA's top-ranked Concordia. He currently leads the conference in overall stats with 14 goals.  Lenhart was named the NAIA Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.


MEN'S SOCCER DEFENSIVE PLAYER
JUSTIN ETHERSON ~ Westmont College
Senior ~ 5-11 ~ Goalkeeper ~ Shelby Township, MI

Senior goalkeeper Justin Etherton recorded 2 shutouts as Westmont defeated both of its GSAC opponents last week.  Etherton
stopped all 9 shots on goal in 180 minutes of play in wins over Biola and San Diego Christian.
 




VOLLEYBALL PLAYER
JEN MICHAELSON ~ Point Loma Nazarene University
Sophomore ~ 5-9 ~ Outside Hitter ~ Oceanside, California
Sophomore outside hitter Jen Michaelson registered 27 kills (3.4 k/g) with a .281 hitting percentage, 52 digs (6.5 d/g), 3 assist blocks, and an ace as No. 10-ranked Point Loma Nazarene won both of its conference games.  In the win over No. 15 Vanguard, she had 11 kills and 18 digs.  In the upset of No. 4 Biola, Michaelson had 16 kills, 34 digs, and 2 assist blocks.  Michaelson was chosen as the NAIA Region II Volleyball Player of the Week.



VOLLEYBALL SETTER
KAYLA VAN DUYN ~ California Baptist University
Senior ~ 5-10 ~ Setter ~ Ripon, California
Senior setter Kayla Van Duyn had 79 assists (15.8 a/g), 11 digs (2.2 d/g), and 5 kills with a .714 hitting percentage as No. 2-ranked California Baptist swept both of its GSAC opponents in 3 games.  In the win over No. 3 Concordia, she had 48 assists (16.0 a/g) and 8 digs.  Then at Hope International, Van Duyn had 31 assists (15.5 a/g) and 3 digs in 2 games of play. Van Duyn was selected as the NAIA Region II Volleyball Setter of the Week.



VOLLEYBALL LIBERO
KATRINA CLARK

Junior ~ 5-3 ~ Libero ~ Riverside, California
Junior libero Katrina Clark tallied 40 digs (6.7 d/g) and an ace as No. 2 California Baptist won both its conference matches last week.  For the week, she had a serve reception percentage of .957 and a .958 serving percentage.  Clark was named the NAIA Region II Volleyball LIbero of the Week.
