As long as it ends in winning, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Biola playing extra minutes for the third-straight game. End in a win it did, as senior midfielder Stephen Campos booted his second career goal eight and a half minutes into the extra period to give Biola a 2-1 win over San Diego Christian.

Irvine, CA- Without a one time All-GSAC performer and with just three shots and three subs, Hope International shocked No. 8 Concordia 1-0 on Wednesday.  Senior Sofia Pacino was absolutely stellar in goal as she recorded 10 saves and a shutout against the GSAC's second highest scoring team.  Senior Lizzy Rivas delivered the game winner.

After giving up an early goal at Vanguard, Kyle Cunningham blanked the Lions for the remaining 86:58 in a 3-1 win for The Master's College. The sophomore goalkeeper extended his scoreless streak with his career-best fifth shutout of the season in a 2-0 victory over Arizona Christian. Currently, Cunningham paces the GSAC in goals against average (0.74) and save percentage (.857), and is tied for the conference lead in shutouts.

Amy Weststeyn led Biola with a team-high 18 kills and a match-best .457 hitting percentage as No. 5 Biola defeated No. 2 Concordia on the road in 4 sets. The senior middle blocker also tacked on six blocks (1 solo), 3 digs, an ace and an assist.

Vanguard University
Lauren Terry posted two upset wins in goal for No. 14-ranked Vanguard last week against two GSAC opponents that were higher in the rankings. She had a save in the 5-1 win against The Master's College. The senior goalkeeper stopped three shots on goal at ninth-ranked Biola squad to propel Vanguard to a 2-1 victory.

Vanguard University
Freshman forward Madison Lopp posted two goals as Vanguard upset No. 11 The Master's 5-1 and assisted on one of the Lions much-needed scores in another clutch Vanguard upset at No. 9 Biola. Vanguard has won five straight in conference play and has 13 wins on the year, due in large part to Lopp's emergence as a top-offensive performer. In her first year with the program, she has 10 goals and three assists, ranking her third in points for Vanguard.

The Master's College
Brett Croft scored two goals and assisted on another as The Master's College won both of its GSAC games last week. At Vanguard, the senior midfielder tied the score on a penalty kick and then scored the game-winning goal in the 79th minute. Against Arizona Christian, Croft assisted on the insurance goal to win 2-0.
