      • Jessica Israel - Concordia
      • Sophomore - 6-1 - Opposite - West Hills, Calif.
      • The No. 2 Concordia Eagles went 3-1 in Montana this week, and Jessica Israel led the team with 60 kills and 4.29 kills per set. She also dug nine balls, and made seven blocks. The highlights of the tournament for the senior opposite hitter were 15 kills against Great Falls (Mont.) and 12 kills against Montana State-Northern, both three-set matches. She is 25th in the NAIA in kills per game at 3.66 and first in the GSAC.

      • Amy Weststeyn - Biola
      • Sophomore - 6-3 - Middle Blocker - Visalia, Calif.
      • Amy Weststeyn hit above .400 in both of her performances as No. 6 Biola started the conference season with two wins against No. 17 Vanguard and Hope International. For the week, she averaged 3.7 kills with a .442 hitting percentage. The senior middle blocker was the only Eagle to notch double-digit kills in both contests, and she added 11 blocks (2 solo) to her tally for the week. Weststeyn was involved in all but five of the Eagles' blocks. She added three aces and was flawless on the serve.

      • Sophomore - 6-0 - Middle Blocker - Los Alamitos, Calif.
      • Reanna Schelhaas was an important factor as No. 3 Concordia took control of the GSAC early in the season with a 3-2 win over No. 6 Biola in the NAIA Match of the Week. In that contest, the senior middle blocker hit .450 with a team-leading 16 kills, one block assist, one dig, and scored the winning point in the fifth set. On the week, she had 22 kills and hit .380 as Concordia remains as the only unbeaten team in the GSAC. Schelhaas averaged 2.75 kills per set and had four block assists. She is currently second in the GSAC in hitting percentage (.360).

      • Junior - 6-1 - Middle Blocker - Huntington Beach, Calif.
      • Lauren Hoenecke, playing as the second middle, recorded 19 kills on just 32 attacks for a .531 kill percentage as No. 5-ranked Biola won both of its GSAC matches on the road last week. She added to that nine blocks (two solo) in limited time in the rotation. In Biola's sweep of Arizona Christian, she did not have any errors and hit over .600.

      • Alyssa Mason tallied 16 kills, 5 digs hit and 3 blocks (2 solo) as Biola won both of its matches with 3-set sweeps. The junior outside hitter did not have any attack errors and recorded a .500 hitting percentage. Biola broke an all-time program record hitting .588 as a team against the Warriors.

      • Freshman - 6-1 - Outside Hitter - Mission Viejo, Calif.
      • Rachel Flynn led Concordia with 18 kills on the week, hitting .268 with only seven errors in 41 total attacks as the Eagles went 2-0 on the road last week. She also contributed three assists, one ace, six digs, and one block. She had 11 kills against Cal State San Marcos. Flynn is currently sixth in the conference in hitting percentage (.258), seventh in aces per set (.7), and third in kills per set (3.3).

      • Senior - 6-3 - Middle Blocker - Visalia, Calif.
      • Amy Weststeyn led Biola with a team-high 18 kills and a match-best .457 hitting percentage as No. 5 Biola defeated No. 2 Concordia on the road in 4 sets. The senior middle blocker also tacked on six blocks (1 solo), 3 digs, an ace and an assist.

      • Junior - 6-0 - Outside Hitter - Everett, Wash.
      • Joclyn Kirton recorded 41 kills (3.2 k/g), 6 digs, and 8 blocks (2 solo) as Biola won all three of its matches against NAIA Top-25 teams. The junior outside hitter led Biola's effort against Texas at Brownsville with 21 kills and five blocks. She also had 20 kills combined in Biola's two other wins against No. 25 Cal State San Marcos and No. 24 Vanguard. She did not have any hitting error against San Marcos and added five crucial digs in the five-set win at Vanguard. Biola has won 10 straight matches, including recent wins over Concordia & Texas at Brownsville, both ranked No. 3 in the NAIA.

      • Alyssa Mason tallied 17 kills in just 33 attack attempts as Biola swept both of its GSAC opponents last week. The junior outside hitter also had three aces and five assist blocks. She is up to 287 kills and a .313 cumulative attack percentage, both top-10 this season in the conference.

      • Kelly Heenan, the Vanguard starting libero for the past three years, had 25 digs last week as Vanguard picked up a pair of GSAC wins in conference play. She also posted nine assists and four aces in six total sets. She has 457 digs on the year and is always consistent for Vanguard in the back row.
