Defending NAIA Champion Concordia received 7 first-place votes in the GSAC Men's Basketball Coaches' Preseason Poll and is picked to finish first in the GSAC for the 2012-13 season. Westmont received the other first-place vote and finished second in the preseason poll, followed by 2012 GSAC Tournament Champion Biola in third place. Here are the complete results from the poll:
