KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A total of nine GSAC volleyball athletes were honored as first, second and third team All-Americans when the NAIA announced the 2013 Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball All-America teams, as chosen by the NAIA Volleyball All-America Selection Committee. 

Biola's (Calif.) Aaron Seltzer was named the 2013 NAIA Volleyball Coach of the Year after leading the Eagles to a 27-4 record and a runner-up finish at the National Championship. He is the first Biola head coach to receive the honor since the award's inception in 1981.

Five athletes hailing from the GSAC were named first-team All-Americans, and two each were selected to the second and third team.  Another three players received Honorable Mention.  The list of honorees from the GSAC is listed below.  To see the complete list of honorees, go to NAIA Volleyball Awards
