The GSAC Women's Soccer All-Conference Team presented by Under Armour consists of 22 players and is led by GSAC Co-Players of the Year, Jordan Davidson of Vanguard and Lindsey Smith of Westmont.  Chris Gould of Concordia, who led his team to its first-ever GSAC Women's Soccer Championship, is the GSAC Coach of the Year.

Chris Gould is in his fifth year as head coach at Concordia, and the Eagles remained unbeaten in the regular season with a 14-0-3 record.  Senior forward Jordan Davidson, last season's player of the year, recorded 11 goals and 7 assists during the regular season as defenders keyed on her as No. 10-ranked Vanguard finished third in the GSAC.  Senior goalkeeper Lindsey Smith is first in goals against average (0.38) in the GSAC and second in the NAIA, allowing only six goals in 17 games for No. 3-ranked Westmont, which finished second in conference play.  Davidson and Smith are joined by 20 other players on the All-GSAC team.
