The Golden State Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Tournament is now set. With the completion of Saturday night's games, teams now know where they have been slotted come Monday's start of the 2013 tournament.
With a win on Saturday night, Vanguard clinched the number two seed and joins Westmont straight into the semifinals next Friday night. The Master's and San Diego Christian earned the third and fourth seeds, respectively, and will start their tournament journey on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Monday's opening round games are set as #5 Concordia will host #8 Arizona Christian in a rematch of Saturday night's tilt. Also, #6 Biola will host #7 Hope International. All women's games through the semifinals will start at 7:30 pm.
The tournament will culminate on Tuesday, March 5 at Concordia University at 5:00 pm and also broadcast on FOX College Sports.
Tickets to the 2013 GSAC Tournament will be on sale at the door. Adults are $10. GSAC Students as well as high school students and under are $5. Seniors 62+ years of age are $8.
